Tonight was the start of the Fresh Coast Film Festival, running October 14 -16th in Marquette, Michigan. The festival kicked off Thursday evening at the Marquette Commons. Local food truck vendors provided the meals and three films were featured (free of charge).
The festival is featuring short and long films all with the common theme of celebrating the outdoor lifestyle and water rich environments that make the upper Midwest a great place to live. Films will be shown at various locations around Marquette and a variety of outdoor activities are also planned.
If the three films shown Thursday evening are an indication of what’s to come, you should definitely plan on attending.
